Dugan Truck Line is all about connecting their customers across the Midwest with freight services—and they needed a website that could keep up. Before the redesign, their website has some clunky user interfaces that are now easy to use. Today, customers can quickly find truck line locations, calculate their rates, fill out a bill of lading and schedule a pick-up. The site also features a dynamic news bar, accessible customer service tools and allows customers to search for specific content.
