The name Ritchie Development is synonymous in the Wichita community with high quality new home construction and high-end real estate development. Ritchie Development was looking to modernize their website with a lighter, cleaner design.

The new website includes large real estate photography, easy-to-find homes for sale and neighborhoods. The site is built with all customers in mind, from those with big screen monitors to those using smartphones while driving through the neighborhoods. The admin area of the site is powered by our Ibex CMS real estate software and includes event tracking, lead generation tools and mortgage calculators.
