Catholic Care Center’s previous website was made in a rush after a change in ownership. Because of this, the client felt it was “very basic” and didn’t fully convey who they were as an organization and everything they had to offer residents and their families.
From a messaging standpoint, Catholic Care Center wanted to be known for more than just “senior care” because they offer more than that. They offer a lifestyle. This was a core message on Catholic Care Center’s new site. New messaging and copywriting helped compellingly tell their story and connect people to their unique service offerings.
Though Catholic Care Center’s residents are retirees in their early 70s and older, most of the traffic to their site includes the adult children of prospective residents. That said, it was important that the design of the site was modern and engaging. The new clean aesthetic, improved navigation and updated calendar of events make the site easier for visitors to navigate. It’s also easier to find as important keywords were used throughout the site to improve its SEO.
